8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States, and each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts in any such suit, action, or proceeding.
